I have to agree on the support complain. Our company runs a medium business in GCP and support it's non existent. The partners (at least for us) aren't really good quality, our engineers know more than they do and we can't justify paying for a super expensive plan that according to you doesn't even work.

On the other side of the coin, their tools are really great most of the time and we don't require support (We use the GKE stack mostly). Our engineers just have to wing it when they face weird things but so far it has worked for us.
